Chocolate muffins

I love these muffins. They're easy to do, and if you don't like the taste of chocolate you can change the flavour. You can even do these just without cocoa or any other flavours. And the best thing? They can be made without any gluten! + you can make this also without milk and eggs!

Also, this recipe is actually in metric but I'll try to change them to pounds! You can correct me if I'm wrong.

Production time: about 35 minutes

Ingredients:

50 g / 0,11 lbs of butter (or if you want these without milk, just use margarine)
2 dl / 3/4 cups of sugar
2 eggs (not necessary)
3 dl / 1 1/4 cups of flour (gluten-free for me, you can use wheat or something if you can/want)
1 tsp baking powder
0,3-0,7 dl / 6-14 ts of milk (or water if you can't use milk)
1 tsp of vanilla sugar
Cocoa/other flavours as much as you want, or without
  1. Heat the oven to 220 C / 428 F.
  2. Whip butter and sugar to fair and fluffy. Add eggs and mix.
  3. Mix the baking powder with flour and add the mix to the butter-sugar-(egg)-mix. Add also milk/water.
  4. Mix cocoa powder (or other "spice") and vanilla sugar to the dough.
  5. Separate the dough to the muffin casserole. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
