TAG: Would you rather beauty

I got this tag here, you can also do this wherever you want, if it's blog or YouTube or Instagram or whatever. ☺

1. Would you rather go out with messy hair and nice make-up or Nice hair and no make-up?
- Messy hair and nice make-up

My hair journey

My hair journey starts from year 2014 when I dyed my hair for the first time.

Here's my hair before dying (November 2013).

Then I dyed it red with henna (January 2014).

I cut it much shorter + it's still red (February 2014).

Then I got half bald and dyed it again (April 2014).

I cut almost everything away (photo is from September 2014, but I got hair cut probably in the end of July 2014).

Then it grew... (December 2014)

And grew... (January 2015)

And grew... (March 2015)

Then I dyed my hair blue but for some reason I don't have any photo of that, so instead of it, take this photo where I am blue-haired, but because of that cool fire effect it doesn't really look like it (March 2015).

I dyed it purple (August 2015).

Then the colour started to get worse (somewhere between September and October 2015).

It got worse very quickly (31.10.2015).

Black and white again, but on that time my hair was basically almost white and in quite bad condition (May 2016)

Then I cut it short again and dyed with henna (June 2016).

It grew a lot (November 2016)

It grew little bit more (February 2017).

Curly hair for a larp (15.4.2017)

(21.4.2017)

And now my hair looks like this. Also, it's a bit greasy so these are not the best photos right now (21.4.2017).

Finnish oven pancakes with strawberries

Okay, this time I'm going to bake Finnish oven pancakes, but I'm also trying a new thing - I'll put strawberries to the dough. You can use whatever berries you want or go without any berries! ☺ These are also gluten-free but you can use whatever flours you want/can.

Also, there will be few photos in this post!

Production time: About 45 minutes

Ingredients:

4 dl / 1 3/4 cups of gluten-free flour (or "normal")
1,5 dl / almost 3/4 cups of sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
pinch of salt
(1 tsp of vanilla sugar)
5 dl / 2 cups of milk/water
2 eggs (not necessary)
dollop of cooking oil
(berries of your choice as much as you want)

1. Heat the oven to 225 C / 437 F.
2. Mix flours with sugar, baking powder and salt (& vanilla sugar).
3. Add milk/water, (eggs) and oil.
4. (Add berries).
5. Cover the baking tray with the baking paper.
6. Pour the dough to the baking tray and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
7. Take the tray off from the oven, let it cool down for few minutes and cut it to pieces.
8. ENJOY 😊

***

I'm shocked. And sad. I'm also confused. I can't believe what happened today in Stockholm. It's... I don't know. I have no words. All I can say is that my thoughts are in Stockholm and Sweden right now. They have been there for almost the whole evening after I heard the news approximately at 4-5 pm (Finland).

I want to say more but I don't know what to say. If you're in Stockholm, I hope you're okay.

Random thoughts from tired Wednesday

Why the fuck didn't I do the assignments earlier?
Fuck, we have to keep some random informative speech about some books.
I want to sleep.
55%, is it enough? Probably no, if I want to listen to music.
Coffeeeeeeeee.
I'm hungry.
It's too early to be awake.
Last day of the exam week!
Yas, 55% was enough.
Coffeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...!
I want more coffee.
I want to bake something.
NOO, IT'S MY HAND! (My little brother often hangs on my hand saying "My hand, my Linda")
Oh, this idea looks nice, I probably should try this one someday.
What the fuck?
I'm bored.
Mmm, that looks so delicious!
Now I'm getting hungrier.
I want chocolate.
I want to sleep.
Can I just take a nap?
What the fuck I just saw... O.o
Coffeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Chocolate muffins

I love these muffins. They're easy to do, and if you don't like the taste of chocolate you can change the flavour. You can even do these just without cocoa or any other flavours. And the best thing? They can be made without any gluten! + you can make this also without milk and eggs!

Also, this recipe is actually in metric but I'll try to change them to pounds! You can correct me if I'm wrong.

Production time: about 35 minutes

Ingredients:

50 g / 0,11 lbs of butter (or if you want these without milk, just use margarine)
2 dl / 3/4 cups of sugar
2 eggs (not necessary)
3 dl / 1 1/4 cups of flour (gluten-free for me, you can use wheat or something if you can/want)
1 tsp baking powder
0,3-0,7 dl / 6-14 ts of milk (or water if you can't use milk)
1 tsp of vanilla sugar
Cocoa/other flavours as much as you want, or without
  1. Heat the oven to 220 C / 428 F.
  2. Whip butter and sugar to fair and fluffy. Add eggs and mix.
  3. Mix the baking powder with flour and add the mix to the butter-sugar-(egg)-mix. Add also milk/water.
  4. Mix cocoa powder (or other "spice") and vanilla sugar to the dough.
  5. Separate the dough to the muffin casserole. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  6. ENJOY 😊
